2. Orders and Pricing
Pricing: All prices are listed in PKR. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Shipping and Delivery (Pakistan)
Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery across Pakistan typically takes 3-5 working days.

Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, please ensure the exact amount is ready upon arrival. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in your address being blacklisted from future purchases.

4. Return and Refund Policy
Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged or broken bottle, please contact us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for a replacement.

Hygiene Protocol: Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for opened or used bottles.

Results-Based Returns: We do not offer refunds based on "lack of results," as hair restoration is a biological process that requires a minimum of 90-120 days of consistent use.

5. Usage and Safety
External Use Only: dhtlab™ products are for topical scalp application only. Avoid contact with eyes.

Allergy Test: We recommend a patch test on a small area of skin before full application. Stop use immediately if irritation occurs.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and "Advanced Biotech Science" descriptions on this website are the intellectual property of dhtlab™. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
